I’ll walk beside you through the unfolding of your birth experience and ensure a peaceful transition into postpartum.

Together we’ll prepare your body, mind, and nervous system for birth through grouping, clearing, and balancing energy work, and support your integration and recovery after with nurturing postpartum sessions.
