The Birthing Journey offers a simplified plan of care to help you feel fully supported as you prepare for labor and birth. Together, we’ll work collaboratively, preparing your mind + body, to prepare for the birth you want. I’ll walk beside you through the unfolding of your birth experience and help support a peaceful transition into the postpartum period.

The Energetic Journey supports your energy through the full arc of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Together we’ll prepare the more subtle parts of you and your nervous system through energy work throughout pregnancy. We’ll focus on supporting that integration and recovery after birth with nurturing postpartum session into your 4th trimester for you + baby.
